What we collect
If you submit the contact form we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, message and optional budget range you provide. We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible working relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you are asking us to prepare a proposal, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, then deleted. If a working relationship begins, the data is retained under that contract instead.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data may be handled by the service providers that host this site and deliver our email, acting as processors under contract on our instructions.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page loads.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Contact us at CONTACT_EMAIL to exercise any of these. You also have the right to complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
